We reach out to Janice remotely at the recommendation of a friend and she quickly went to work sharing listings matching our wants and budget. Number of available properties was somewhat overwhelming but Janice helped us narrow list and scheduled viewings to correspond with a planned trip. After spending one day with Janice visiting properties and going through what we liked and didn't like she was able to find 2 additional listings that we visited on same trip and we found out little piece of paradise. Janice stuck with us through a remote closing and made it easy. She helped us with a final walk through prior to closing and had fresh linens waiting on us for our first visit. She's a 10!
