Initially after looking at about 6 units we decided to change our criteria a bit and then we had to head home ( not FL residents). A few weeks later Stephanie reached out to us on a condo listing she saw in Tierra Verde that was amazing. She arranged a video tour for us and we fell in love with it. We had to do everything long distance and she was awesome on all aspects. She got us a great price and a great deal on the unit. .Had to do a remote closing, that was very smooth. We reach out to Janice remotely at the recommendation of a friend and she quickly went to work sharing listings matching our wants and budget.
