Jennifer Thayer is knowledgeable in the downtown condo arena for sure, but don't expect to see her much past the day you sign the contract to hire her. She relies heavily on her "team" (apprentices) to carry out most tasks and we prefer to work directly with our realtor. We were already aware of Jennifer's practices, which was why we expressed our wishes to her up front. However, our request was ignored and all communications and showings were handled by someone else. We've moved a lot and have bought and sold a lot of houses; our best experiences with realtors have always been with more personable ones that showed a vested interest in our properties. Not every realtor is a good fit for every client, take your time in hiring the right realtor for yourself.

Jennifer , Michelle & Jenny certainly demonstrated their knowledge of the current market , & provided us with in-depth market analysis. Jenny emailed us weekly with real time updates . They were all extremely professional and were very easy to communicate with & responded quickly to any requests we had. Jennifer and her team of Kelli and JJ did a great job of preparing our condo to go on the market. They helped to stage and declutter in the best way. They had a great photographer lined up in no time and got the listing on the MLS quickly for us. We are just so pleased with the way they got our condo shown and sold. We would go to them again for any real estate needs in St Petersburg.

Jennifer and her team were there for my wife and myself through a quick process, about 1 month from offer to closing. We were guided through all of the intricacies of buying a home in Florida. This was particularly important for my wife and myself because everything needed to be done through the Holiday Season. Jennifer and Kelli were such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They both went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for us , and always kept us up to date with any interest and activity they received. One of the open houses was held was on valentines weekend and Kelli had decorations, sweets and champagne for potential buyers. It’s that attention to detail and thoughtful planning that we appreciated so much from both of them.
