Denise was excellent, I am an experienced investor and have not had great experiences in the past with some other realtors and have been listing my own properties but i took a chance on Denise because of her stallar reputation and she absolutely lived up to it. She got me a deal well above asking price, even higher than I had hoped for and pushed it through even though we had two initial contracts fall through due to buyers issues.
