Bea is wonderful person to work with, lot of expertise and very good negotiation skills. Our experience was very good and she helped us during right from consultation to closing of the house and helped us getting a good deal. I recommended Bea to my friends too and they too had a very good experience. Bea does not feel her job is done once the house is closed, she does the followup's to make sure everything is good and goes above and beyond in case of issues not getting addressed by builder. We were very fortunate to have Bea throughout the process and helping us getting a very good house according to our likes and taste.

Our experience with Terry was terrific from our very first meeting. We met with her while on vacation, and told her what we were looking for. She showed us six places in one day and made us feel like she would continue as long as we wanted. We left without purchasing,but a short time later, she emailed us a few listings she thought we might be interested in. We chose the one we liked and she helped us buy a condo from another state. We put our trust in her and she met our expectations in every way. She made the purchase easy on us by going above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone ( we have) and look forward to meeting up with her again when we go back to Sarasota. When we sell/buy, we will definitely be calling on Terry.

I wouldn’t be calling Sarasota home without him! Michael patiently walked with me through all the houses, in all the subdivisions, that met my needs. He guided me through the negotiation process and even got estimates from contractors on the work that needed to be done.That was especially helpful because I wouldn’t have known where to start or who to call. I couldn’t have done it without him! And I still rely on him for advice. You can't go wrong when Michael is looking out for your best interest.

There are many realtors, but only a few great ones. Miranda is one of the great ones. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and good hearted personality make for an outstanding realtor one-two punch. No matter what the issue, no matter how much effort, and no matter how many times she had to be directly involved on the process, Miranda was there for us. One could not have asked a realtor to do more because she did more than expected. Well done.

She had unflagging energy to take us around to property after property, kept within our budget and negotiated fiercely on our behalf.
