So many positive things to say about Miranda but we were most impressed with how she really listened to what we were looking for in a home. Within a couple days of searching, whereby she showed us a number of houses, Miranda took us to see a home that was perfect for us. She knew what we were looking for, and that same day we made an offer that was accepted by the seller. She was also very responsive to all of our inquiries, and was quick to return our texts and calls. She is extremely knowledgable and we highly recommend her to any/all prospective buyers.

Mike gets five stars because tens stars are not an option! Michael is a true professional in every sense of the word. Buying or selling real estate is as risky as any other investment. I have had my real estate license for nearly ten years now and I chose on more than one occasion to have Michael handle my transactions for me due to his detailed approach. When I say detailed, I mean detailed. I am not one to give praise that's not truly deserved. He absolutely deserves my praise. The only reason I gave him five stars is because I can't give him ten stars. Real estate is not one dimensional and neither is Michael. He has knowledge of so many aspects of a real estate transaction including but not limited to the finishing details of staging for a seller or decorating as a buyer. Michael is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with. This is the second property he has sold for us and he will be selling two more. I cannot recommend him highly enough. In the case of this property, he once again gave us an aggressive price and sold the property quickly, while other agents were pushing a much lower price. He quickly figured out what we needed to do to get the property market-ready, and he took care of the work of providing a handyman and making them happen quickly. When we went to contract, he was a great negotiator. When a couple of problems came up during the inspection and selling process, he helped to resolve them through strong negotiation while representing our interests all the way. He responded to my questions within minutes, was professional throughout, and kept us constantly updated. If you want a realtor who knows the market inside out and how to get a property sold, you will not find anyone better than Michael.
