Over the years I have bought and sold several homes however I never had a realtor as great as Michael Martino of Keller Williams on the Water Sarasota. Moving to a new area is daunting in itself however Michael has a good handle of the Sarasota market. He is knowledgeable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time including mornings, evenings, and weekends. He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Michael is enthusiastic and well prepared. Michael gave excellent guidance and has deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes and condos that we looked at in the Sarasota area. His professionalism, communication and attention to detail are remarkable. He listens to your wants and needs and then performs from the negotiation, through closing, and even after closing. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Michael Martino. I recommend him for anyone looking to buy a home in the Sarasota area. I would not hesitate to work with Michael again. I give him the highest of recommendations, five stars in my book.

We purchased our condo in 12/17, we had not been down to look around at any condos. Mainly doing this over the internet. We were referred to John by a family member who also used him to purchase a condo. His knowledge of the area and what was available was of great use to us when deciding where and what to buy. The fact that he was always available to answer any and all of questions was great. If he didn't know he found the answer in short order. If you are looking to buy in this area John is your guy. My husband and I contacted Mike in advance with what we were interested in and he delivered! Mike goes above and beyond. We think he is the best! He isn't a high pressure salesman. He is someone that works hard to find the property that fits your needs. Mike is knowledgeable of Siesta Key and the surrounding areas. We couldn't be happier with our house and with all that he has done for us!??

We enjoyed having Alexandria as our real estate agent as she was very professional and thorough in helping us find a home in less than 3 months working with her. She answered all of our questions in a timely and respectful manner. She knows the real estate laws well. Very dependable. Made herself available whenever we wanted to see a house. More than pleased with her. Definitely recommend her to anyone in the market.
