I relocated to the Fort Myers area a year ago and connected with Michael at that time. I greatly appreciated his advice for us to rent a place prior to buying as we did not know much of this area. He assisted us with finding a furnished condo. After about 5 months, we decided on the area we wished to purchase. We were interested in newer housing, however each place I looked at was missing something. Michael encouraged us to think about building new. We have never built a home and I was very anxious.
