Beatrice Carlson

This is the second time Bea has helped us find a house. She is fabulous and the best realtor ever! We won't use anyone else! She is always on top of her game and makes the stressful process of buying a house more manageable.

Beatrice Carlson is an excellent realtor. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I find both of the homes we purchased. She was profession and through with her home searches and she always listened to us and our requirements.

Bea is wonderful person to work with, lot of expertise and very good negotiation skills. Our experience was very good and she helped us during right from consultation to closing of the house and helped us getting a good deal. I recommended Bea to my friends too and they too had a very good experience. Bea does not feel her job is done once the house is closed, she does the followup's to make sure everything is good and goes above and beyond in case of issues not getting addressed by builder. We were very fortunate to have Bea throughout the process and helping us getting a very good house according to our likes and taste.
