I cannot express how much we appreciate Rania and her team. Our first home buying experience was an amazing and enjoyable experience. Any questions or concerns were answered within minutes of being asked. She was on top of everything we asked and needed. She really made us feel comfortable with our big investment. She was our number one from inspection services to insurance needs, she knew who we needed to call. While buying the home from start to finish she was only a call or text away. We interviewed a number of real estate agents before selecting Karie to be our agent. She appeared to be knowledgeable but just as important for us, her personality was one of a kind, caring soul. Karie was quick to give recommendation that would improve the "sellability" of the house and she remain kind and supportive during what was a for us a rough process: 2 failed contracts and an eventual buyer who wanted to extract everything possible from us until I finally said if you want more go find another house. Being we had moved from the house and we out of town during the sales process, Kari had extra work on her hands when it came to some work needing to be done at the house. She was always willing to assist and when not available found others who could help. I am not sure other agents would have done this. But Kari is more than an agent...she is a partner in the sellers' (and I am sure buyers when she is on that end of the service) home life journey. So our "gut instinct" when selecting Kari turned out to be great and we highly recommend Kari.

Mike and Veronica are a great team that marketed and sold our two Siesta Key units in a short amount of time for a reasonable market price. We found them to be attentive and knowledgeable. Their communication with us and third parties were exceptional. We always felt informed and updated. Our emails and texts were promptly responded to, usually in less than an hour. The majority of our business was handled digitally and electronically. We unfamiliar with the buying selling process and were in another state. We felt comfortable with Mike and Veronica taking the lead the handling the process from start to finish. The team was very good at providing seemingly effortless execution handling the incidental issues, for example, the air conditioner unit, although serviced regularly, was considered dirty by the sellers inspector. M and V scheduled and supervised a AC serviceman to bring the AC unit up to the seller's expectations. Another example, Veronica returned the cable boxes for us, a small thing yet there were many of these small tasks that made working with them a pleasure. I found their work to be superior to other relators we considered working with and would highly recommend them.
