Curtis provided me support and guidance throughout the process of purchasing the home which is the beginning of my future. Curtis demonstrated strength in the steps of buying a home, knowledge of the process and professional support for the buyer, me. I'm Blessed to have had him as my representative in this venture and very thankful for the successful purchase. Thank you.

We came to Karie looking to buy a home quickly. We were in a rental and had 5 weeks to find a home, we needed a quick escrow. Karie is the best agent I’ve worked with. She showed us many homes and was very honest pointing out everything the house had that was on our list what made her exceptional was also pointing out why a house wouldn’t meet out needs. Karie truly wants you to be happy in your new home! She is very knowledgeable, kind, we could always reach her and has an amazing work ethic. We highly recommend her.

Andrew was excellent! He helped me list my house and try to sell it. Although, that didn’t happen, Andrew was professional throughout the process. He & Iris were great to work with.

Andrew goes above and beyond when selling your house. He knows the market, takes time to understand al the little things that make your house special. He explains market analysis, trends, and what you can do to get the best photos and showings. Oh, and by the way, he showed the same dedication when he helped us find our house 7 years ago. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a reliable, present, and professional agent.

I could not have imagined a smoother experience in finding our new home in Florida. Andrew & Iris were professional and extremely attentive to our needs. I am a real estate attorney so I deal with agents every day and I know what to look for when deciding whether an agent is knowledgeable and these guys checked off EVERY box - knowledge of the area, knowledge of our particular needs & wants, tenacity in getting us the property we fell in love with, babying the deal from contract signing to closing, etc, etc, etc!!! If the bar is "would you use Andrew & Iris again or recommend them" the answer is an ABSOLUTELY YES. They were always available to discuss any issues no matter what day of the week or time of the day. If you are looking for the best real estate agents in Florida you do not need to look any further than Andrew & Iris! Thank you Andrew & Iris for helping me and my family realize our dream of owning a beautiful home in Florida. You guys are AWESOME!

• Looking for a realtor who knows the market? • Looking for a realtor whose attention to detail is outstanding? • Looking for a realtor with timely communication skills? If so, then you have that realtor in Deb Petritsch! We were looking for a homer in FL while living out of state. Deb knew what we were searching for, kept on top of the market, and let us know when something appeared that met our purchase requirements. When we came to physically look at possibilities, she had the day planned out to a minute and had researched amenities and details that differentiated candidates from one another. We found the home that we were looking for, thanks to Deb. If you are beginning a new home search, contact Deb. She will be there with you all the way.

We purchased a home in FL while living out of state. We contacted Deb who took the reins and made our experience very rewarding. She knew what we were looking for, she researched possible options, and then she emailed us homes meeting our criteria. When we came to Florida to look in person, she had researched amenities and details that helped clarify similarities and differences between homes. Deb always stayed on top of the market and communicated with us in a timely manner. Thanks to Deb, we bought a lovely home that was just perfect for us.
