Maria was a total pleasure to work with. My mother loved working with her when she bought the property - that I didn't consider anyone else when I needed to sell it. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and pays close attention to detail while offering to help with anything I needed. Maria had the most beautiful, professional photos taken to advertise the house and even brought me more boxes when we were running low. She kept me well informed and made the selling process easy. Our house was under contract within week and having never gone through the process before, I was confident in her ability to navigate us through it. Super Knowledgeable and Trust Worthy
Michael was very knowledgeable about the local market as well as the overall landscape of purchasing real estate in FL. From initial discussion to property close, Mike made the process easy. He made more money for us than we expected, was very detailed in the listing and contract process which paved the way for a smooth close.
