Mike is the best in all fronts!

Mike is the guy!!
This was the second transaction with him and he is super in resolving any issues quickly, he has a great list of references for tried and true businesses in upgrading and refreshing your home before & after sale. He is top in market knowledge and "timing" for sales!! We will use him always and no one else👍

My family made a big move to Sarasota from Boston. We had few real estate agents before working with Karie. Her service was flawless, she found us the perfect house and negotiated the purchase price that was "way" below the market. We are so glad the opportunity to work with Karie, with our budget, most agents will leave us at the bottom of their priority. Karie always responded promptly and find time to work with us on navigating the process and help us understand the specifics local rule and regulations. When she doesn't have the answer, she has a huge network that will jump to help. Dana is a conscientious professional who knows the real estate business and will communicate well.
Rovi provided two main powerful tools which were the showcasing of our condominium with fabulous pictures and the marketing of it, including the open house. With regards to Dana she took these tools and utilized them with expertise that resulted in our unit being sold within nine days. As stated above, Dana is a conscientious professional who will combine her real estate knowledge with her ability to make use of the tools available to her resulting in positive outcomes for her buyers. Additionally, Dana is a very affable professional so you as a seller will know that she will be friendly and engaged with your potential buyers. Also, in terms of her communication skills, not only will she be engaged with your potential buyers, but she will be very helpful and outgoing in her communications with you as the seller. Before we even put our condominium on the market Dana had helpful discussions with us about what upgrades/replacements we might want to invest in. Additionally, she was very communicative with us related to any showings, as well as the negotiations with the buyer after we received the offer. Again, our unit sold in just nine days. So, an excellent job was done by Dana and Rovi. Thank you so much!!!

The Very Best in all my many many moves.
Karie took us under her wing and lead us through the entire process from beginning to end more professionally and personally than I ever anticipated. If she is only in the top 5% of Sarasota's realtors I feel someone should check the voting process. Our opinion is she is in the top 1%.
