Throughout our home buying experience - Andrew made the process breezy and enjoyable. His professionalism and expertise in the SWFL marketplace helped us land our new dream home. As second time homebuyers, we felt as though we had prior experience that would help us land a transaction in a difficult market for buyers... boy were we wrong. After being out-bid multiple times on properties that we loved.. we started to feel a bit depleted. Andrew did not give up. Truly understanding our wants and needs, Andrew made sure to bring every option that checked our boxes to our attention. Almost as soon as a new offering would hit the market - Andrew would have it in our inbox and be phoning us to take a look. He ended up sending us a listing we had previously seen - but had a price drop that we missed. This was the one.
