Andrew and Iris were awesome from start to finish. Great communication, tons of patience, and showed us additional properties that hadn’t even come up in our search. They even helped us with additional inspections and gave recommendations for cleaning companies, etc. I would highly recommend. In fact I’m referring Andrew to my friends when it’s their turn to purchase in Florida. You won’t be disappointed!!

Knowledge - if Karie doesn't already know the answer she will find it for you! And, get back to you when she says she will! Caring - Karie will call, check in and make sure you are ok during every phase of the process. Effectiveness - if there is a smarter, more efficient, more appropriate way to get something done Karie will find it. Total "out-of-the-box" thinker. Dedication - she may have a million listings (because she's so good at what she does) but you will always feel like her priority. Results - bottom line is that all the above are great but without results...you know! Grace - and finally, did you ever know what you were doing was the right thing because everything was "in the flow"...aiding and abetting your well-being along the way? With Karie, that is a standard state of operation. I am forever grateful for having had Karie by my side throughout this seamless process. You cannot find a better realtor...period!

I would recommend Mr Martell to anyone that is considering buying or selling any type of property. His professionalism and the way he took care of business was exceptional. If I need another agent in the state of Florida, I would no doubt use Mr. Martell again.

I would recommend Mr. Martel to anyone who needs a real estate professional. If I am ever in the situation again needing an agent in Florida, I would use Mr Martel without hesitation. He went up and beyond his duties to help us out because we live out of state. He kept a line of communication through out this process which made it a very clear and easy process. Without a doubt Mr Martel is a 5 star agent.

Cheri is amazing! Totally professional and knows her stuff. I live in Pennsylvania and ended up handling my sister's Florida estate. I knew no one in the area. I really lucked out when I wandered into Cheri's office. She took my project on - problems and all. We had 3 offers on the first day of listing and she helped me pick the best one. Then she helped me every step of the way through closing. You cannot go wrong with Cheri and I highly recommend her!

Deb was nothing short of knowledgeable and professional when it came to helping us find our new home. She went above and beyond to meet our requests throughout the process, answered calls promptly, and always kept us in the loop. This was very reassuring as we were working with her out of state. I would highly recommend Deb for your house hunting needs and wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future.
