Wow! What a ride this sale was with Andy Scherer! In short, it would not have been possible without his experience and expertise. We first met Andy in 2016 when he supported us with a buy/sell transaction. That experience was so smooth that he was our obvious first choice when we decided to buy/sell again. Andy listed our home and within 10 days we had 8 showings and 2 offers. A primary and a back up! Both offers were 98% of ask as well. Less than 1 month to close and we lost our primary buyer! With a significant deposit put on a new build, we were very tense to say the least. Andy sprung into action with the back up offer that had expired. The backup buyers were moving on another property but due to Andys experience in real estate transactions, he was pivotal in re-engaging the buyers agent and buyers and after a tense 24 hours, negotiating a new contract for the sale of our home. By the numbers; 1 listing, 8 showings in 10 days and 2 near full price offers. 45 days later a successful settlement on the sale of our home. Deb listened to what we wanted and went to work to find the perfect location. She works 24-7, tirelessly and you can tell Real Estate is her passion and helping buyers and sellers is her calling! We were purchasing a home out of state and a new build as well. Deb was involved every step of the new build process and was our eyes and ears in our absence. We inundated her with questions and concerns for months during each phase of the building stage. She was with us through the almost 2 year process, so trust me when I tell you that she works for her clients! We do not recommend just anyone and we cannot recommend her enough!!
