Was extremely professional and helpful. I was making this purchase from out of state, and she has gone above and beyond and handled everything on site for me prior to and since closing perfectly! I would highly recommend.

Karie is a knowledgeable and professional realtor in every sense of the word. When we thought our transaction had fallen out, she was able to save the deal though her shear tenacity, refusing to let it go. Her services were well and above anything we would have expected. She's a real pro!

Our experience with Andy and his team was truly the most extraordinary real estate transaction we’ve had…EVER! The components that make up a 5 Diamond Experience are reaction time, knowledge, professionalism, going so far beyond the extra mile, no pressure sales, patience, listening, and getting “you, where you are and where you want to go”. We’ve caught Florida Lakewood Ranch fever and will be back not too long for another round!! Thanks TEAM!!

My wife and I used Andrew to purchase a second home in SWFL. He was funny, kind, and professional. He knows people and knows real estate. We couldn't recommend him and his team enough. I have used many agents through the years and there is no doubt that Andrew soars above the rest. Thank you Andrew for helping us get the right deal at the right time. We appreciate you, sir!

We interviewed several realtors and Andrew stood out, especially based on the number of houses sold in the last few years and his knowledge of the market. Once hired, Andrew was able to get the house listed within just a couple of days, and less than a week later we had a cash offer for just under asking price. His advice on price was spot on, he told us up front what to expect and then met those expectations, and he was very responsive and respectful throughout the process. His help was also invaluable working through the results of the inspection and resolving the related issues. In short, if I had another house to sell, I would hire him again.

Very easy to work with and continues to stay in touch after closing. Andrew had a good understanding of the market and helped us select the right area that made the most sense for our family.

We are from Ohio and have never required the assistance of a Real Estate Agent in Florida. Consequently, we needed to use the internet to search for an agent. We did review Andrew Martell's qualifications immediately. After reviewing the experience of several others, we chose to contact Andrew. We set up a meeting and from that one-time interview, Andrew took the lead. He advised us on the listing price and how to show the property. Once the property was on the MLS, prospective buyers started to line up. Thanks to Andrew, we had several qualified buyers and the property sold within a week. But that is not all, the buyers are from Indiana and all of the details were finished via telephone and emails. From start to finish, everything went without a hitch. We are pleased to have worked with a quality, well informed and highly professional agent in Andrew Martell.
