Andrew and Iris were awesome from start to finish. Great communication, tons of patience, and showed us additional properties that hadn’t even come up in our search. They even helped us with additional inspections and gave recommendations for cleaning companies, etc. I would highly recommend. In fact I’m referring Andrew to my friends when it’s their turn to purchase in Florida. You won’t be disappointed!!

Knowledge - if Karie doesn't already know the answer she will find it for you! And, get back to you when she says she will! Caring - Karie will call, check in and make sure you are ok during every phase of the process. Effectiveness - if there is a smarter, more efficient, more appropriate way to get something done Karie will find it. Total "out-of-the-box" thinker. Dedication - she may have a million listings (because she's so good at what she does) but you will always feel like her priority. Results - bottom line is that all the above are great but without results...you know! Grace - and finally, did you ever know what you were doing was the right thing because everything was "in the flow"...aiding and abetting your well-being along the way?
