Mike and Veronica are a great team that marketed and sold our two Siesta Key units in a short amount of time for a reasonable market price. We found them to be attentive and knowledgeable. Their communication with us and third parties were exceptional. We always felt informed and updated. Our emails and texts were promptly responded to, usually in less than an hour. The majority of our business was handled digitally and electronically. We unfamiliar with the buying selling process and were in another state. We felt comfortable with Mike and Veronica taking the lead the handling the process from start to finish. The team was very good at providing seemingly effortless execution handling the incidental issues, for example, the air conditioner unit, although serviced regularly, was considered dirty by the sellers inspector. M and V scheduled and supervised a AC serviceman to bring the AC unit up to the seller's expectations. Another example, Veronica returned the cable boxes for us, a small thing yet there were many of these small tasks that made working with them a pleasure. I found their work to be superior to other relators we considered working with and would highly recommend them.
