Miranda and her daughter Paige could not have made the home buying experience any easier or seamless. Their team made themselves totally available to me 24/7. I had become discouraged looking in the Bradenton area and started looking on the east coast of Florida. After 3 weeks I gave it another shot on the West coast and when I clicked on "contact a realtor" Miranda called back within minutes. She showed dedication immediately and was on the case with confidence and encouragement. We found a spot and within days I was in contract. This was not an easy thing and if Miranda and Paige weren't so experienced it wouldn't have happened. They worked with my mortgage team and the listing agent and we started the purchase process immediately. Part of the deal was a 30 day closing, they got it done in 22 days. In the end when the property HOA was not exactly on the ball with some necessary budget information Miranda jumped into action and kept on the HOA to get what we needed. Miranda and Paige are very personable and work together like a mother and daughter. We had great talks on the phone, a great lunch and I know I have made a friendly alliance with two beautiful people. They instilled extreme confidence in me even in the most insecure and doubtful times. I recommend them 100% with extreme confidence. We will remain friends and that is a very nice thing to know.
