About Trish

I have been a Realtor for over twenty years, and have been involved in the real estate field for over thirty years. Since I am sure I will be spending a lot of time working with your family, I thought it might be nice to take a moment to tell you a little about myself.I was born June 20th in San Benito, Texas. I grew up the youngest of four sisters. My father was active duty in the United States Army meaning our family moved around a lot, therefore, we spent time in many areas learning about many cultures. After my father retired from the Army, he started his own company, renovating and building homes, my mother was selling real estate for RE/MAX. After graduating from high school, I went to Texas A&M University to major in economics. While attending college, I had the first of three wonderful children, my daughter, Anna. Shortly before graduation I had my second child, Christi and two years later I had my only son, Chad. All of my children have grown up and started living their adult lives. Anna is a third grade teacher, married to Kevin, an evironmental scientist and parents to Nate and Fiona. Christi graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is an CDR stationed in San Diego, CA, married to Michael a network engineer. Last but not least, my son enlisted in the United States Marine Corps right after high school graduation and is currently a Gunnery SGT stationed in Camp LeJeune, married to the best daughter-in-law in the world, Lauren who is a realtor. They are parents to Ella and Lizzie. I am adjusting to a semi-empty household, with three dogs, Belgian Malinois, Mina, Max and Moxie. My time is usually spent assisting clients and supporting my children in their many endeavors. My hobbies during the time that I am able to indulge myself include training for Half- Marathons to reach my goal of running one in every state, working with the dogs and going out to SD and WY to work on dude ranches. During my work experience, I was employed in a variety of fields and learned a vast array of skills that now assist me as a Realtor. I have worked in the retail, medical and banking industries. Customer service was always a big part of my job description and I use that and my own personal experience when assisting customers with their real estate transactions. Lastly but most importantly, I guarantee my dealings with you will be honest and fair.

Wonderful professional who provides meticulous service to his clients.

I could not have asked for a better agent. I had a 50 plus year old house that needed a few major repairs and several minor repairs. James handled everything for me, including scheduling workers to come and then followed through to make sure that all jobs were done adequately. Communication was excellent with James responding in a timely matter to all my questions and concerns. James is a very caring man who gives 110% to his clients. As a 79-year-old widow, I felt secure in his knowledge and was very grateful for his commitment to providing me the very best service and getting me the best selling price for the market at that time.

Smooth and Easy

The process from start to finish was fast and easy. From the time my family and I first laid eyes on the home to moving in took no more that a couple weeks or so. James maintained great communication with us and was able to elevate any concerns we had in a timely manner. When we inevitably outgrow this home we will absolutely be using James for the next home we purchase!

Professional, Responsive, Knowledgeable

Stephanie's timely responses to our many questions were excellent! She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we were kept up-to-date about everything pertaining to the selling of our house. We were impressed with her negotiating skills, especially when potential buyers included higher than usual rates in a contract. She worked tirelessly to make sure we secured the best deal, even at the last minute when there was an unexpected bump in the road to settlement. Stephanie was patient and gave in-depth explanations when we did not understand a procedure. Her professionalism and expertise helped sell our house! Stephanie's commitment to excellence made us confident in her ability to make selling our house as smooth as possible.
