James handled everything for me, including scheduling workers to come and then followed through to make sure that all jobs were done adequately. Communication was excellent with James responding in a timely matter to all my questions and concerns. James is a very caring man who gives 110% to his clients. As a 79-year-old widow, I felt secure in his knowledge and was very grateful for his commitment to providing me the very best service and getting me the best selling price for the market at that time.

Stephanie came as a recommendation from a friend after our home was on the market for over 6 months with little to no interest. The previous agent continued to talk us into lowering the price and this only deterred buyers further away. Stephanie was attentive from the get-go! No stone went unturned (literally). She immediately noticed the small details of our home that were deterring potentials buyers such as our "welcome" mat that said "go away" (oops).
