This is the third time that I have used Koontz. Buying and selling my first house and now buying this house. I was overseas so I could not walk through the houses that I was interested in. Koontz arranged virtual walk throughs for me. She made the whole process as seamless and easy for me as possible. I would definitely recommend her and when I decide to sell this house will use her again.

Annette was a rock star! I was a first time home buyer and went into this process knowing virtually nothing about real-estate. I was fortunate to meet Annette during an open house. She was very friendly, engaging, and easily reachable throughout the entire home buying process. Annette was very informative and very patient when it came to explaining every detail of what I should expect. I eventually settled on a new construction, which Annette was an expert in. I moved into my brand new home as of January and cannot be happier. I had an excessive amount of difficulty dealing with my loan officer/mortgage company, but Annette was there to assist me and mitigate the damage done by their horrible customer service. I highly recommend Annette to anyone interested in buying a home. You will not be disappointed.

Jenny guided us properly. She is great at compiling and putting our paperwork together, and she breaks the process down clearly for us. She carried us through every stage of the process, always on time. She never fell behind, and she always went out with us to all the places, working around the clock for us. She provided important information on time and kept us on track. She is absolutely amazing at negotiating and getting the best deal for us. We are happy to work with her and highly recommend her.

Working with Bonnie was no less than amazing her knowledge about the market was great pretty much got what I was asking for for my house. Bonnie’s communication was great any times I had questions I’d call and if she didn’t pick up she was right back to me as soon as she was able I appreciate everything she did helping getting my house on the market and sold as quickly as she did thank you again.
