My husband and I worked with Sarah for 9 months looking for our “forever home”. She was unbelievably patient, extremely knowledgeable, and always responsive. She was helpful in providing the positives and negatives of every house we viewed. However, Sarah really showed her loyalty and the commitment she has for her clients when she successfully negotiated us out of a difficult sale we were not comfortable in moving forward with. Sarah has so much integrity. She is a rare treasure and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

First time I met Nick, I felt like I was with family. Made me feel comfortable with no pressure at all. He went above and beyond. My work schedule is very hectic and nick searched and visited homes on his own time for me. When he found a home he felt I would be interested in he called me and met me when in fit my schedule. Always keeping in contact. I never had to call him to ask what was going on, he was always on top of things. Nick did a lot of nice things for me and it will always be remembered. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
