I do not even know where to begin with how amazing Jesieryl was. She was very knowledgeable, patient, caring, prompt and just amazing all around. From The day i spoke to her over the phone, i knew this would be a great experience. Although i lived in another state, she made it her business to help me and go above and beyond in any and everything. The home buying process with her was beyond great. We had bumps along the road but Jesieryl always managed to find a way to save the day. If there were more then 5 stars to give, i would because this lady was nothing short of amazing. I am very thankful for Zillow connecting me to this awesome lady.

She was understanding and very patient with my mom, who is 90 yrs old. She took time to explain every step of the process so she could understand. She was very knowledgeable of the market and negotiated and navigated through the many challenges that kept popping up during the process.

Dawn was very nice and helpful. She spent lots of time looking at homes with us, and is very knowledgeable of the area having lived and worked here for many years.
