We were selling our parents home that had been in the family for over 40 years and were struggling with the entire process especially because none of us lived in the area. Chris and Will were excellent and made the process simple for us! First, Chris' deep knowledge of the waterfront market in Southern MD was impressive and she realized the value of our parent's home. She recommended a price that was well above the other two agents we spoke with and we ended up with a full price offer! Second, there were several repairs/updates that were needed from painting to power washing etc and Chris and Will had a great team of contractors available to quickly fix all the issues and they handled all the logistics with the contractors as well. Third, when we received an offer, Chris went through it in great detail with us giving her input and recommendations which ultimately closed the deal. Finally, their communication throughout the process was excellent. Whether via email or text, both Chris and Will were always available and quick to reply. In closing, I would highly recommend working with Chris, Will and their team. They made the selling process simple! :-)

As luck would have it, a shutdown ensued a week after listing, which completely froze the local housing market. Chris and Will persevered, navigating us through the storm. When the clouds parted, Chris and her team didn't miss a beat and through their guidance we successfully sold very shortly afterwards.
