Wonderful experience with Chris McNelis and team over two sales, one waterfront property and one "unicorn" property that required a really well-planned and executed marketing strategy. With the waterfront property, pricing was key: Chris knows waterfront. The pricing was precisely right, driving market interest while preserving as much of our capital as possible. Ah! But the unicorn property. Chris and team marketed a house with unusual details and three large outbuildings, just right-- appealing to folks yearning to flee the urban life for space and peace, yet remain close to the city. During a down market, right before the pandemic, we were able to sell the property above the neighborhood price range to people who not only understood what they were buying, but appreciated what they bought. A few years ago, we worked with Chris to help us remotely purchase a house in Southern Maryland. Because we couldn’t physically tour the house she was extremely helpful (and patient!) in ensuring we knew everything about the home we ended up purchasing. She made the buying process a cinch’ Then, we needed to sell the house so we obviously returned to Chris. The selling process became a bit more complicated after inspections, but she and her team were diligent all the way up until closing and we were grateful we went with them. We will unlikely end back up in Maryland, but if we do, we’ll probably go back to Chris and her team a 3rd time!! Highly recommend!
