Hi, I’m Ashley Mason, a real estate agent with RE/MAX One. Before starting my career in real estate, I worked in emergency services as a firefighter-paramedic with Fairfax County. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful decisions when the stakes are high—skills that continue to guide how I serve my clients today. I grew up in Washington, Pennsylvania as a military kid and moved frequently before eventually settling in Charles County, where I lived for about 20 years. After getting married, I relocated to Calvert County. Going through that move myself gave me a deeper appreciation for what “home” really means. I’m a wife, mom, and stepmom who values strong foundations both at home and in business. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active in the gym and participating in races like Savage Race, Spartan, and Mud Girl. I also studied drafting in high school and designed homes, which makes real estate feel like a natural fit for me today. I’m a lifelong animal lover with three cats and previously volunteered with the Humane Society in Charles County.
