Cheryl helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Experience

Cheryl is an incredibly experienced agent who delivers with the highest level of professionalism. From the beginning, Cheryl's communication was excellent. Although she is a very busy agent, she has a way of making you feel that you're her only client. She stayed ahead of any issue and kept me informed on everything throughout the process. Cheryl has an attention to detail that my Type A personality truly appreciated. She was on top of every detail. Most importantly, she caught an error on the ALTA that the title company missed, saving me several hundred dollars. I got top dollar for my property, which I attribute to Cheryl's marketing and negotiation skills and advice. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for an agent.
