Kalethia was an amazing real estate agent throughout my home-buying journey. We searched for nearly a year and a half, and she remained patient, responsive, and willing to see multiple properties in a day. Her experience and attention to detail were invaluable—she always gave honest feedback and would never let me settle for a property or conditions she wouldn’t accept herself. I truly felt like she had my best interests at heart rather than simply trying to close a deal. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated agent who will advocate for you throughout the entire process, I highly recommend Kalethia!

Dear Cheryl, Thank you so much for your exceptional support in helping me find my dream home. Your dedication throughout the entire process was truly remarkable, and I greatly appreciated your prompt communication and meticulous attention to detail at every step. Working with you was a wonderful experience, and I am deeply grateful for everything you have done. Sincerely, Charlene Davis

Maria served as both my buyer’s and seller’s agent. In 2021, she guided me through the purchase of my first home, and in 2025, she successfully facilitated its sale. Throughout the buying process, Maria demonstrated exceptional patience and support, promptly addressing all my questions. Despite my initial concerns about a prolonged selling period, her strategic guidance enabled me to sell the property quickly and within my desired price range.

Charde was an AMAZING agent from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make me understand the process. She was EXTREMELY patient with this first time buyer which went a LONG way. There was never an email or phone call that didn’t go unanswered and/or responded to in a great amount of time. She stayed on top of all follow ups that the seller/agent had to complete and always had a recommendation of people and/company for me to use for inspections, contractors, handyman, etc. Charde is a true class act and always exhibited professionalism. I’d recommend her to any and everyone I know looking to buy AND sell!

Thank you so much Amina for everything you help us with our home buying we are so so grateful.
