Charde was an AMAZING agent from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make me understand the process. She was EXTREMELY patient with this first time buyer which went a LONG way. There was never an email or phone call that didn’t go unanswered and/or responded to in a great amount of time. She stayed on top of all follow ups that the seller/agent had to complete and always had a recommendation of people and/company for me to use for inspections, contractors, handyman, etc. Charde is a true class act and always exhibited professionalism. I’d recommend her to any and everyone I know looking to buy AND sell!
