Great Realtor! Hire her today! We listed our house on a Friday, after a busy weekend we had an offer for asking price! We also had a unique situation, but I have to mention that Olive fought for us when 7 days before closing the buyer wanted to extend a week to get a better rate! Olive guided us and patiently explained every detail very eloquently on a non-realtor level with all the ins and outs so we could make the best and logical choice each step of the way and we ended up closing above asking price!!!
