Ms. White was very professional from the moment I met her. She explained the entire rental/management process. Ms. White kept me on point of deadlines that needed to be kept in order for my property to be ready by my rental goal date. Her knowledge of what licenses and permits were required helped me tremendously. The process she uses to review applications was very professional. She presented me with applications based on that I was looking for in a tenant. I am very pleased with my tenants. She communicates exceptional well. When I'm ready for another property I will definitely seek Ms. White's assistance, and respect any/all guidance she provides.
