My partner and I recently closed on our new home, and we couldn't have had a better experience working with Kevin Carlson as our realtor. From the beginning of our search and over many months, Kevin was an amazing resource and guide to the housing market in DC. He helped us explore various neighborhoods in the DMV area to get a better sense of what we were looking for and was extremely knowledgeable about each. Over many weekends and countless property visits (and even a few second looks), he ways always patient and never rushed us into making a decision. It was clear that helping us to find the perfect home, even if it took some time, was his top priority. Kevin is deeply invested in understanding what his clients are looking for and helping them navigate the real estate market even in difficult and uncertain times.
