This was a first home buy for me and Irina was the ultimate knowledge guide, advocate and support throughout the entire process. It took me a year to find the right place - in the right location, budget, have the features I was looking for. Irina accompanied my Mom and I on numerous house viewings (and mostly on her weekends!!) and never once did we feel any pressure to make a decision or rush into anything. In the end we found the perfect place. I will definitely be recommending Irina to everyone I know looking to buy a home in DC, Maryland or Virginia. Her professional manner, knowledge and advice was second to none. Truly grateful for all she did to help me navigate what could have been a terribly nerve wracking process but instead was really memorable!

We consulted Gitika about selling our house, and we were incredibly impressed with her. Right away we were struck by how very warm and personal she was on email, and she was the same way when we met in person. She's clearly a warm, caring, true people-person, and she takes the time to get to know people and connect on a personal level. We were drawn to Gitika because of her deep experience as ABC News producer, and what unique talents she could bring from that into thinking about how to set up a listing and show a home. That definitely came across, as she had tons of great, creative ideas for how to put a more personal, thoughtful, and informative touch on both the listing and the showing. We were also impressed with how her current and past listings came across. She has a clear genius for marketing, and she's very talented. It was also clear how smart, attentive to detail, and quick on the uptake Gitika is. She was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate, and she could tell the amperage of our breaker box from across the garage. She also came prepared with several binders of helpful information and market analyses for us, which was impressive.
