We are truly grateful to Karen for helping us sell our house on the other side of the country. We had a rental property in Maryland while we lived in California. The property had been mismanaged by the property management company and significant improvements/repairs were needed. We are both working professionals and did not have the time to tend to the property or to be actively involved in selling it. Karen is the best - I never knew the value of a realtor until working with Karen. We had a few issues with the house we wanted to buy which required significant work from the seller.
