It was such a pleasure working with Melissa and the Koki-Compass team! As a first time home buyer, Melissa gave me all the attention and reassurance I needed to make the right decision. She was truthful about every listing we visited, and had a great strategy for making an offer. Melissa and her team were very quick to problem solve when I wanted to visit a listing last minute, and I am so grateful they made it work because I ended up being the first viewer, first to make an offer, and it was accepted right away!
