Luxury Real Estate • Land & Custom Homes • Shenandoah Valley & Page County
Christine Sennott is a third-generation experienced REALTOR® with more than 20 years of experience specializing in luxury real estate, mountain homes, estate sales, custom home development, investment properties, and lifestyle transitions throughout Page County, Luray, Shenandoah, Stanley, Front Royal, and Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
Since entering the business in 2002, Christine has built a reputation as a top-producing real estate professional known for solving complex problems, negotiating strategically, and successfully closing challenging transactions. Her work today focuses on high-value real estate opportunities, including estates, land acquisition, custom home building, and thoughtfully designed properties tailored to each client’s goals.
Whether clients are relocating, downsizing, investing, building a dream home, or navigating a major life transition, Christine provides practical guidance, market expertise, and creative solutions from start to finish.
Christine first discovered Page County while searching for land where she could hike, camp, and enjoy the outdoors with her dogs. What began as a weekend escape quickly became home. She quickly fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains, the slower pace of life, and the incredible potential of the region. Today, she lives, builds, and invests in Page County full-time, helping others discover the same lifestyle and opportunities that drew her there.
Before relocating to the Shenandoah Valley, Christine spent years actively involved in the Alexandria, Virginia community, serving on the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and the City of Alexandria Architectural Review Board. Those experiences deepened her appreciation for architecture, historic preservation, thoughtful development, and community-focused design — perspectives that continue to shape her approach to real estate and homebuilding today.
In addition to real estate, Christine is passionate about giving back. She is the co-founder of Aussie Rescue of the Mid Atlantic and serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Page County. She believes homes should create long-term value not only for homeowners, but also for the broader community.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys hiking, cycling, pickleball, exploring the mountains, and spending time outdoors with her dogs.
More than selling real estate, Christine helps clients create opportunities, navigate transitions, and make smart real estate decisions with confidence.
