Found us a home that wasn't even on the market - and guided us through every step

Parker was excellent to work with from our first conversation through closing. His knowledge of the market where we were looking stood out right away. He knew the neighborhoods, understood pricing, and helped us get realistic about what we wanted. The biggest win was that he found us a home that wasn't even listed. That simply wouldn't have happened without his connections and the effort he put in on our behalf. His expertise showed just as much during the home inspection and closing. A few issues came up with the property, and Parker walked us through what they meant and what our options were, then advocated for us in the negotiations that followed. We never felt like we were figuring things out on our own. What we appreciated most was the level of care he brought to the whole process. He was responsive, patient with our questions, and clearly invested in us landing in the right house rather than just getting to a closing date. We'd recommend him without hesitation.
