Amanda is a lifelong Annapolitan, recently moving to the Eastern Shore with her husband and two golden retrievers. With deep Annapolis roots dating back four generations, Amanda has a vast knowledge of Annapolis and its surrounding areas, but with a husband from Easton she has found a new love for the eastern shore and has started growing her own roots over the Bay Bridge. She joins Engel & Völkers with a lifetime knowledge of the home buying and selling process. Raised in a home with parents specializing in commercial and residential real estate, with over 50 years combined experience and a love of home remodeling, Amanda has extensive knowledge of the business. She is uniquely prepared to assist her clients on both sides of a transaction, and is able to see the vision and potential of a home. In her spare time you can usually find Amanda and her husband renovating and decorating their home or traveling. Bob enjoys over 50 years of unparalleled experience, knowledge, and success in dealing with the Construction, Sale and Purchase of upscale residential properties . His extensive background includes the positive completion of hundreds of custom residential construction projects and sales along the Atlantic Coast of the US. After completing 11 years with a large North American Lumber Wholesaler in MA, NJ and MD, Bob opened and operated a Lumber yard, Hardware Store, and Construction Company in Arnold, MD. He subsequently opened a Construction Company and Home Maintenance Business geared to the high-end homeowner in the Boston, MA market. which he ran for over 25 years before“semi-retiring ” to the Hammock on the Barrier Island in Palm Coast, FL in 2008. Not one to stay idle, Bob became a Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent and Broker, opening a high end Brokerage in the Hammock with his wife, Ann. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Building Contractor, Bob has earned numerous top performer awards and certifications including the Million Dollar Guild Designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, along with ABR, BPOR, CDPE, CIAS, SFR, SRS Designations. Bob truly understands residential construction and sales. He really enjoys transferring that knowledge base to the benefit of all of his substantial Client base.

Bobbi is the definition of energy, hard work and creative service with an attention to detail. She has over 20 years of investment real estate experience, purchasing her first investment property while still in college. Finding such a passion early on parlayed a natural progression into residential real estate. Thanks to her exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals have been the foundation to her career. As a long-time resident in Edgewater, MD with two children that attend area schools, Bobbi has great local knowledge enjoying all that the community has to offer. Because of her interest in investment opportunities, she also has a breadth of knowledge throughout Maryland from the most western counties to the southern most counties. Bobbi is the majority, co-owner of eMed Medical Supply founded when her young son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2012. She recognized the apparent need for low cost treatment options and advocacy, and is very active in childhood disease awareness and volunteer opportunities. Bobbi received a degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from University of Maryland University College.
