Brooke worked very hard to show us homes at an expedited pace (we saw +15 in a week!) and helped us close on our home in exactly 1 month from our first day of touring houses. Brooke, with assistance from Crista, did an excellent job of helping us negotiate the price of the sale, keep track of home buying tasks, and kept the process moving forward. I reached out to Mike for help selling a property that another agent gave up on. It was very challenging to say the least. Mike never gave up and even gave me hope when I wanted to give up. He stayed in constant communication and led me through every step and process that was going on.
