Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price. The actual sale process was a breeze as well. She walked us through the paperwork and the expected timeline and checked in often to make sure we had no questions or concerns. She offered us help for things outside of just the sale...whether it be suggestions on storage, insurance, etc. Jen has such a calm demeanor that is super helpful when dealing with the stress of selling your home. I highly recommend Jen Ward for both her knowledge in the real estate industry as well as her overall professionalism.

Jen is wonderful. She is very warm and empathetic. The sale of my house was very emotional. This was the house I grew up in and it held a lot of memories for me. She listened to my stories of growing up and what the neighborhood used to be like. She took some photos and wrote the house description. It was a great little house, but over time it had been neglected. It was still sturdy but it just needed a some love. She saw the value in the house and marketed it well. Jen kept me informed about the sale and what was being offered by potential buyers. She went over the offers with me and we settled on the final buyer. I had never sold a house before and I had to trust in her expertise and knowledge of the market. This trust was not misplaced. I would recommend Jen Ward to anyone looking to sell their house. She will take the time to get to know the property and the seller. I don't feel as though I was working with an agent. It was more like working with a friend. Thanks again Jen. You're the BEST!

Working with Carrie was an absolute pleasure from day one, and she continues to be supportive even after closing. I cannot recommend her enough! Carrie was all that, but so much more. She listens to what you need, what you want, your budget, safety and lifestyle choices, considers everything from pets to commutes to hobbies and schools. These are all important to long term happiness - and Carrie knows the area so well, she can guide you on why a house may or may not be a good fit, and asks thoughtful questions to make sure you don’t fall in love with something unrealistic, or way out of your budget. Beyond the guidance in finding a home, Carrie is truly remarkable with connections if you need help getting setup, from learning about the area, to pest control, or just understanding how to switch over utilities. As the closing deadlines approach, her whole team is extremely supportive and check-ins are so important. They don’t let anything slip through the cracks, can help if you hit roadblocks, and will walk you through what to expect next so there’s no fire-drills or confusion. The team is also incredibly kind and professional, they’re calm and supportive, and make you feel like you have a village. Personally, she made sure my house was just perfect for move-in, going way above and beyond just to make it easier for me when I got the keys. It’s those things that really matter - the unspoken efforts but you know she’s working hard for you in the background, because she truly cares about her clients. Carrie has been more than I ever expected, and continues to be an absolute blessing. I’d recommend her to my closest friends, because she truly is a 10/10!
