Jen is an amazing agent! She created spreadsheets, ones that compared the list price, size, type of home, location, etc, to help us keep track of every home we considered putting an offer on. She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us the same day. I felt like she really listened and helped us find a place that balanced the needs and wants of my husband and me. When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents. Jen is the consummate professional and so much more. She has been there for me through 15 years and three moves: our first family home, a rental, and a townhouse. She is deeply analytical and fact-centered in her research on properties: even months later her estimates will prove to be spot-on. When it comes to finding new homes, she has a method and I can testify that it works. Each of my three moves came with nail-biting twists and turns. Jen was rock-steady through each one and they all ended far better than I would have dreamed possible. But I haven't yet reached Jen's strongest point. She is the most caring professional I have ever worked with, in any area of life. Far more than a realtor, she has become a close family friend. And it isn't just me: all her other clients say the same thing. I know because I have met many of them at the regular events Jen hosts for us all each year. Summer ice cream socials, Thanksgiving pie give-aways, get-togethers at restaurants, sports games, even a planetarium show. Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price. The actual sale process was a breeze as well. She walked us through the paperwork and the expected timeline and checked in often to make sure we had no questions or concerns. She offered us help for things outside of just the sale...whether it be suggestions on storage, insurance, etc. Jen has such a calm demeanor that is super helpful when dealing with the stress of selling your home. I highly recommend Jen Ward for both her knowledge in the real estate industry as well as her overall professionalism.

Jen is wonderful. She is very warm and empathetic. The sale of my house was very emotional. This was the house I grew up in and it held a lot of memories for me. She listened to my stories of growing up and what the neighborhood used to be like. She took some photos and wrote the house description. It was a great little house, but over time it had been neglected. It was still sturdy but it just needed a some love. She saw the value in the house and marketed it well. Jen kept me informed about the sale and what was being offered by potential buyers. She went over the offers with me and we settled on the final buyer. I had never sold a house before and I had to trust in her expertise and knowledge of the market. This trust was not misplaced. I would recommend Jen Ward to anyone looking to sell their house. She will take the time to get to know the property and the seller. I don't feel as though I was working with an agent. It was more like working with a friend. Thanks again Jen. You're the BEST!
