Jen is an amazing agent! She created spreadsheets, ones that compared the list price, size, type of home, location, etc, to help us keep track of every home we considered putting an offer on. She was always very responsive, usually getting back to us the same day. I felt like she really listened and helped us find a place that balanced the needs and wants of my husband and me. When the market was cutthroat and we were outbid several times, she became our cheerleader and never gave up positive vibes that we would find the right place. I never felt pressured to settle and Jen never tried to up-sell us. As a first time home-buyer, she kept us on track through calendar invites, check-in texts, and coordinated with our lendor and title agents. Absolutely love working with her and look forward to our future adventures!

Jen is the consummate professional and so much more. She has been there for me through 15 years and three moves: our first family home, a rental, and a townhouse. She is deeply analytical and fact-centered in her research on properties: even months later her estimates will prove to be spot-on. Jen is wonderful. She is very warm and empathetic. The sale of my house was very emotional. This was the house I grew up in and it held a lot of memories for me. She listened to my stories of growing up and what the neighborhood used to be like. She took some photos and wrote the house description. It was a great little house, but over time it had been neglected. It was still sturdy but it just needed a some love. She saw the value in the house and marketed it well. Jen kept me informed about the sale and what was being offered by potential buyers. She went over the offers with me and we settled on the final buyer. I had never sold a house before and I had to trust in her expertise and knowledge of the market. This trust was not misplaced. I would recommend Jen Ward to anyone looking to sell their house.
