2 houses - one bought and one sold! Easy peasy!

Wow! Made buying and selling a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying and selling, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Rick was professional and personal! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer on the new house (put a contract in within 24 hours) to setting the selling price on the home we sold (settled within 6 weeks). Got more than we anticipated! Rick was also available for questions and made the process of buying and selling so easy. Highly recommend!
