At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. James was a phenomenal agent, representing us in the sale of our home. He was very thorough going through our home, making recommendations on where to spend money and time to prepare the home for sale. He was diligent in finding comps and explaining whatprice he believed we should list our house. We discussed strategies for pricing to increase our potential buyers market. He was very familiar with our larger neighborhood and our style of house. He kept us updated as we went through the process and had a great marketing plan to increase interest in the house. When we did go live with the listing, James gave us great suggestions for how we should entertain offers and whether or not we should set a deadline.
