We don’t have enough nice things to say about Dave! From the beginning he was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and always did research of the house for us. We appreciated his patience as well- we were looking for our first Family Home, and he assisted every step of the way! We saw about 8 houses and he patiently allowed us to have open discussions as well as help with our little one (who sat in his lap and had snacks while we signed all the paperwork). He is kind, friendly and honest. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone in these current times and environment that you can trust and who will be honest with you, if that’s what you are looking for- look no further! Mr. Dave will also take the time to take calls after our little one’s bedtime and set up house visits that aligned with her nap times. He helped us close on the Wed before Thanksgiving, yet did not rush us or the process at all. He is someone we trust and would recommend to anyone and everyone! James was a phenomenal agent, representing us in the sale of our home. He was very thorough going through our home, making recommendations on where to spend money and time to prepare the home for sale. He was diligent in finding comps and explaining whatprice he believed we should list our house. We discussed strategies for pricing to increase our potential buyers market. He was very familiar with our larger neighborhood and our style of house. He kept us updated as we went through the process and had a great marketing plan to increase interest in the house. When we did go live with the listing, James gave us great suggestions for how we should entertain offers and whether or not we should set a deadline. When offers started to come in, he broke them down to make them easy for us to understand them. He went through and let us know which offers were stronger than others and WHY they were stronger or weaker. James was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things whenever we had questions. He was able to negotiate a very favorable rent back for us, since the house sold much quicker (and for over asking price) than we anticipated! He was very calm and reassuring through the whole process. He was amazing helping us navigate the emotions of selling our family home, where we raised our children. There were some hiccups from the buyers during the process, not at all due to anything that James missed, but he gave us great guidance on what we legally could do, as well as giving us some guidance on what he believed was the morally right thing to do. After the sale of the home, James continued to check on us and encourage us. We could not have asked for a better agent and STRONGLY recommend James. In fact, we have a family member who was so impressed with our experience that they hired James to sell their condo as well. You will not regret hiring James. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor who could help us navigate this foreign process. Family members of ours had purchased a home with Chris years prior and recommended that we reach out to him for help. We are so thankful that we did. While searching for about 18 months in a sellers' market, Chris was patient and devoted to helping us find not just a house that met some of our criteria, but the best place for us to invest our savings and create a home. He sent us specific listings (not automatic search results) and kept an eye out for homes coming on the market that could better meets our needs than what was currently available. He was always free for home tours and came prepared with knowledge of both the house and the neighborhood (e.g., schools, nearby amenities, builder/floorplans/models). We never felt rushed while touring as Chris was also checking on important features of the house (e.g., age of HVAC, water heater, appliances, roof). When we were ready to pursue a purchase, Chris made recommendations for how to strengthen our offer, both initially and during negotiations regarding appraisal, but made sure we were comfortable with what was put forward. He also referred us to a great lender (John Petersen at TD Bank), who helped us lock in a relatively low interest rate. Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!

Holly is a terrific agent, and I would highly recommend her for anyone but especially for high end/luxury properties. She re-listed my property after I took a few months off (I'd listed with another agent first and went 4 months with no offers). She walked me through the process in a very thorough and professional manner. I was out of state throughout the listing and sale of my condo, and Holly was very communicative, responsive, and generally made everything much easier for me even without ever meeting in person. She provided regular updates and explanations of everything that was happening and made me feel confident that my listing was in expert hands.
