He was very thorough going through our home, making recommendations on where to spend money and time to prepare the home for sale. He was very familiar with our larger neighborhood and our style of house. He kept us updated as we went through the process and had a great marketing plan to increase interest in the house. He was very calm and reassuring through the whole process. He was amazing helping us navigate the emotions of selling our family home, where we raised our children. There were some hiccups from the buyers during the process, not at all due to anything that James missed, but he gave us great guidance on what we legally could do, as well as giving us some guidance on what he believed was the morally right thing to do.
