Joyce helped me put in a good offer. She was in constant communication and on top of all the things needed to be done leading to the closing. Even after the closing, she still helped out with the communication and planning due to my rent-back agreement with the seller. Overall, I'm happy with the experience. Joyce definitely helps with the stress of buying a home.
