Joyce Gardner

Joyce has many years of experience in the real estate industry and can anticipate any potential issues. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were successfully guided and informed by Joyce in making the correct home choice. Her strengths also reside in her daily/weekly updates. We felt secure knowing she was on top of any developing situations regarding our future home purchase. She stuck with us when our #1 condo choice needed to be recertified via Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and was in daily contact with our loan officer during the process. She also helped us in guiding us towards receiving the most money with regard to down payment and closing cost assistance.

Selling a childhood home, and every to-do that entails, feels like a mountain to climb. And since I don't do that every day, I needed a LOT of help. Joyce was there every step of the way with a motivation that escapes most people. She truly will take on your to-dos WITH you and with as much care as if it were her own family taking on such challenges. I happen to be very lucky in that I am someone who has seen her actually become part of my found-family over time with her persistent care, great communication, and reliable heart :) Any time I needed anything - and literally ANYTHING (this woman was packing with me at one point!) - she was there to pick up the phone or be at my side within an hour. If you are thinking of selling, looking to buy, or just interested at all in houses around our DMV and beyond, look no further than Joyce Gardner for she is truly the all-around best choice for realty!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was her ability to be aggressive when necessary—in the best possible way—while always keeping my best interests at the forefront. She stayed on top of every deadline and timeline like a hawk, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks and that everything moved forward smoothly. She truly went above and beyond my expectations, was always responsive, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel organized and manageable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who is dedicated, proactive, and genuinely committed to getting the job done.

My realtor, Joyce Gardner constantly supported, directed and summarized all parts of the sale of my condo. Her organization skills helped to provide the information I needed to prepare for the sale. She as well provided the guidance I needed for marketing ideas such as “staging”, financial suggestions, and the utmost energy to keep surging forward to the final day of sale.

I had a great experience working with my realtor! She was very attentive, professional, and always available to answer my questions. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, she helped me sell my condo in just one week! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Joyce was always available for my questions and concerns about the property I was interested in. Her knowledge of the market available was outstanding. Professionally she provided the support for my transition into this community.
