Sandy is an expert on MD, but we were buying in DC so we had to stretch her skills a bit. She was inexhaustible though and willing to show us anything we wanted to see with a great attitude. She got what we were going for, and was able to see where a property didn't 100% fit our vision. Where Sandy really shined though was the buying process - we had a complex closing on a deadline, and she made phone calls, tracked down information and followed through on every piece, all while keeping us apprised of the latest.
