Sandy is an expert on MD, but we were buying in DC so we had to stretch her skills a bit. She was inexhaustible though and willing to show us anything we wanted to see with a great attitude. She got what we were going for, and was able to see where a property didn't 100% fit our vision. Where Sandy really shined though was the buying process - we had a complex closing on a deadline, and she made phone calls, tracked down information and followed through on every piece, all while keeping us apprised of the latest. She gave us good advice on the price and her approach got us to a great compromise with the sellers when they could have gone with other offers. Highly recommend Sandy.
