Debbie responded to my call within the hour and was continuously responsive throughout the entire process. She was honest and forthright immediately about what we needed to do to get the property sale ready. She followed through at every step of the way and was in constant communication with us. She saw the great value in our condo and priced it accordingly and we got full price. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone selling a property.

John is very knowledgeable about Real Estate and what should be looked for when buying a home. My experience with him regarding going under contract was very good. There were a few concerns: 1. Initially, he was pushing me to go with his lender and when I pushed back, he tried to tell me that only some known lenders will work. I did go with my own lender, and I can tell you that I got a much better rate. So please be aware of this. Also, despite telling his lender that I am going with another lender, this lender kept on bothering me with text messages. 2. John then also shared with me that he knows of someone who paints and charges four dollars per square feet. He shared that this particular guy helps him with Painting, Handyman, etc. to get his properties listed. The three of us went through the property I was about to close on where we discussed the inspection report and the Painting, etc. After a few days when I approached John to get this person‘s number, I felt a hesitation. I then told him that I need to get more quotes to ensure that I’m not being charged more, and that is when John shared with me that this guy works for John as John has another company for Painting, etc. I was kind of surprised with this new information after getting the quote. I did decide to go with John’s company. The work done by the Painter was satisfactory, however, there were clear communication gaps. So once again would caution regarding engagement for any other work other than buying and selling real estate. If you do decide to go with this additional work, please ensure everything is in writing. If it was not for this bad experience regarding the lender and all of the miscommunication, I would have rated John a five star for a real estate agent.

Kevin Savercool helped us purchase our first home in Silver Spring. He made the experience a 10/10! He was always available to talk, answer questions, bounce ideas off of, and prompt to help us schedule showings as we toured different houses and evaluated our priorities. James was a phenomenal agent, representing us in the sale of our home. He was very thorough going through our home, making recommendations on where to spend money and time to prepare the home for sale. He was diligent in finding comps and explaining whatprice he believed we should list our house. We discussed strategies for pricing to increase our potential buyers market. He was very familiar with our larger neighborhood and our style of house. He kept us updated as we went through the process and had a great marketing plan to increase interest in the house. When we did go live with the listing, James gave us great suggestions for how we should entertain offers and whether or not we should set a deadline. When offers started to come in, he broke them down to make them easy for us to understand them. He went through and let us know which offers were stronger than others and WHY they were stronger or weaker. James was incredibly patient and took the time to explain things whenever we had questions. He was able to negotiate a very favorable rent back for us, since the house sold much quicker (and for over asking price) than we anticipated! He was very calm and reassuring through the whole process. He was amazing helping us navigate the emotions of selling our family home, where we raised our children. There were some hiccups from the buyers during the process, not at all due to anything that James missed, but he gave us great guidance on what we legally could do, as well as giving us some guidance on what he believed was the morally right thing to do. After the sale of the home, James continued to check on us and encourage us. We could not have asked for a better agent and STRONGLY recommend James. In fact, we have a family member who was so impressed with our experience that they hired James to sell their condo as well. You will not regret hiring James.
