John is very knowledgeable about Real Estate and what should be looked for when buying a home. My experience with him regarding going under contract was very good. There were a few concerns: 1. Initially, he was pushing me to go with his lender and when I pushed back, he tried to tell me that only some known lenders will work. I did go with my own lender, and I can tell you that I got a much better rate. So please be aware of this. Also, despite telling his lender that I am going with another lender, this lender kept on bothering me with text messages. 2. John then also shared with me that he knows of someone who paints and charges four dollars per square feet. He shared that this particular guy helps him with Painting, Handyman, etc. to get his properties listed. The three of us went through the property I was about to close on where we discussed the inspection report and the Painting, etc. After a few days when I approached John to get this person‘s number, I felt a hesitation. I then told him that I need to get more quotes to ensure that I’m not being charged more, and that is when John shared with me that this guy works for John as John has another company for Painting, etc. I was kind of surprised with this new information after getting the quote. I did decide to go with John’s company. The work done by the Painter was satisfactory, however, there were clear communication gaps. So once again would caution regarding engagement for any other work other than buying and selling real estate. If you do decide to go with this additional work, please ensure everything is in writing. If it was not for this bad experience regarding the lender and all of the miscommunication, I would have rated John a five star for a real estate agent.

Timothy-Jay, aka "TJ," is a remarkable realtor. I'm very happy we chose him to market our property. After we interviewed two other realtors, it was clear he was the one. Why? Because of his skill is in listening to our requirements and then translating them into a successful marketing strategy plus actively helping us put his plan into action. Long story short, TJ crafted a plan that got us a firm offer with no contingencies and 6.5% above our listing price in only three days. Our market research told us that is an exceptional achievement. In short, the DC Metro area has thousands of realtors but very few of them are in his league. And, once you interview him along with other realtors you know, we believe you will agree.

One of the qualities of Kyle that we truly enjoyed was her ability to capture the importance of intangibles that are a byproduct of location. Jayne and Emily Ehrens, even though I have known them both for ages well, there is a reason that they are so good at what they do. I felt so comfortable and in the know throughout the entire buying process. Jayne and Emily are wonderful people, but they also are extremely professional and Will always provide white glove service. Bridget McLaughlin is a Superstar! Bridget was recommended to me, by a well established Professional in the Mortgage Community. She met with me and showed me properties that were on the market. Not only was she patient in sharing with me, information on the various properties, but she was technically astute in sharing with me the overall process of next steps on purchasing real estate, loan information, estimates, all documentation that would be required from me, during the process, and much more. I was always aware of "next steps," in the process because of her excellent professional insight. Watching the agent promote the property online by photos made me very interested in suite 1003. On the day of the open house, the apartment was emasculate , very attractive. Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller. The fact that she left me TV sets and other items convinced me that she was ready to move as soon as possible . Sign a very contented buyer Diane Keaton ( and I'm in great health )
